Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
Assist in delivering learning activities and promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Implement strategies that support students' academic, emotional, and social development
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions
What We're Looking For
A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
A genuine interest in child development, SEN, or mental health
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people
A full UK driving licence (essential due to school location)
