SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. You’ll provide one-to-one support, assist small groups, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.

• Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Help children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
• Assist teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
• Create a safe, positive space for all learners
• Adapt to different schools, age groups, and individual needs

• Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence to work across different school settings
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
