JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Coordinator

LOCATION: Crawley

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

SALARY: £28K - £32K (Dependant on experience)

Position Overview:As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the supply chain operations, responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers. You will play a crucial role in optimising the supply chain processes, managing inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory levels, track orders, and forecast demand to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to improve supply chain performance.
  • analyse supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practises in supply chain management and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or management.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes is preferred.
