About the Role
Our Client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Tyre Fitter to join our Aftersales team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring all tyre work is completed to BMW's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out tyre fitting, balancing, repairs, puncture assessments, and replacements on a wide range of BMW vehicles
Conduct vehicle tyre checks and provide accurate reports to the Service team
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with manufacturer guidelines
Maintain workshop equipment and ensure your work area is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Assist colleagues within the workshop when required to support smooth daily operations
Deliver a high level of customer care and represent the Vines Group brand values
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar workshop-based role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Valid UK driving licence (desirable)
