We're recruiting aMobile Plumberfor a leading FM provider to cover various retail banking sites and other commercial properties from Crawley to Guildford.

Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Plumber:

• Provide plumbing and building maintenance services across multiple client sites, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Perform general building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks.
• Respond to callouts as required on the rota.
• Ensure timely and professional completion of all tasks, exceeding client expectations.

Essential Qualifications/Skills for a Mobile Plumber:

• Proven experience in plumbing and building maintenance, ideally in commercial environments.
• Level 2 City & Guilds in Plumbing
• Strong fault-finding, maintenance, and installation skills.
• Previous experience in reactive maintenance and callout services.
• A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
