- The position available is for a Master Vehicle Technician in Gatwick, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
- The salary for this role is £47,000 basic, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £55,000 or more.
- Candidates must be fully qualified with a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Automotive, and an MOT licence is desirable but not essential.
- The Master Technician will perform a range of technical tasks, including servicing, diagnostics, and mentoring Apprentice Technicians.
- The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and efficient, with a full UK driving licence.
Monday Friday 8.00 5.30pm, Saturdays on a rota
Salary: £47,000 basic OTE £55,000+

Master Technician role:
Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostics.
You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturers specifications.
Advising other technicians on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians.
You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management
The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.
Master Technician Requirement:
Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level 3.
MOT licence desirable but not essential.
Brand Accreditation
Full UK driving licence.
