Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced Handyperson to join a new build housing site in Crediton, Devon. This is a great opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople looking for consistent work with a reputable contractor.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for general finishing and snagging duties on a busy construction site, including painting, patching, and general handyperson tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Painting and patching work.
- Minor repairs and finishing tasks.
- General site snagging and handyperson duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar handyperson role.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own tools and equipment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
Working Hours & Pay:
- Start Date: Monday 26th August.
- Duration: 3 months.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am start.
- Pay Rate: 20 - 22 per hour (CIS available).
- Free onsite parking available.
