A leading provider of innovative precast concrete solutions in Ayrshire dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective structural design solutions are looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing precast concrete structures for a variety of projects, including civil, residential, and industrial. Working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues you will ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed structural designs for precast concrete elements, including beams, columns, slabs, and panels.
Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate design solutions.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the construction process.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Chartership would be an advantage
3- 5 years of experience in structural design- concrete and pre-cast would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
