Description
As a Finance Administrator, you will report into the AP Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Finance Function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- verifying and entering all receipts onto finance system
- processing adjustments onto the finance system
- daily stock reconciliation and investigating discrepancies
- balancing stock reconciliation
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Knowledge of working in a large transactional finance volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel
