We are looking for an organised Accounts Assistant to join a finance team in Crewe to support a busy sales ledger function. After your initial training period, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement, combining office and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and process sales invoices
- Issue and manage credit notes
- Monitor outstanding payments and carry out credit control activities
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries
- Assist with accrued income reporting
- Produce KPI reports for the sales ledger
- Conduct monthly reconciliations
- Support management accounts preparation
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls
Person Spec:
路 Previous experience in Sales Ledger processing
路 Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
路 Proactive, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively across teams
