Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator with strong Excel skills? Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role with a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage internal databases and records, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet creation.
  • Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and other diary management duties.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and responding to enquiries.
  • Provide professional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support wider team with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, spreadsheets).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
