Job Title: Technical Data Collection Specialist
Pay rate: Min 25.66 Max 32.35 Outside IR35
Duration: 12 months + Extensions
Location: North Cheshire
Hybrid: 2-3 Days on site 35 hours per week, core hours 9.30am - 2.30pm

Position Overview:
As a Technical Data Collection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the data collection process for the product line. Your expertise will help streamline the creation and maintenance of catalogues, ensuring that all necessary technical data is efficiently gathered and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Catalogues Creation: Develop department-specific catalogues to minimise duplication of data requests, while establishing a well-structured folder system in DMS.
- Data Population: Pre-populate catalogues with approximately 3,000 existing certification data points, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaboration with R&D Teams: Lead alignment sessions with the teams to establish responsibilities and timelines for data delivery, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track data collection progress, providing weekly KPIs to management and generating status reports for each model line.
- Support and Guidance: Hold regular online support meetings to assist with data collection queries and provide guidance during the process.
- Data Review and Administration: Oversee the review and sign-off sessions with stakeholders, managing any changes requested post-review with transparency and timeliness.
- DMS Administration: Maintain and update data catalogues in DMS, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Powertrain Certification processes.
- Familiarity with Group DMS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
