The role:

Temporary with a view to permanent for the right candidate
Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and night shifts, 36 hours per week

Duties:


As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:


Operating and maintaining packaging machinery
Ensuring products meet quality standards through careful monitoring
Troubleshooting and resolving any machine issues
Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
Keeping a clean and organised work area

Technically minded and adept at working with machinery
Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
