What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the friendly face (and voice!) of their company, helping customers navigate their enquiries with ease and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a cheerful attitude
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate records
- Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
- Gathering customer feedback to enhance our services and products
- Assisting in the development of customer service processes and procedures
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bright, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus!
