Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end change process, ensuring all change requests are effectively documented, approved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee Bentley Release and software deployments across the VW Group infrastructure. Attend deployment/change meetings and organize Connected Car Change Approval Board meetings to facilitate decision-making.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal and external groups. Assist in the creation of Change Requests and ensure that all necessary approvals are collated and recorded.
  • Evaluate the risks associated with proposed changes and communicate findings to the business. Maintain a change log and publish a standard changes list for transparency.
  • Provide regular operational support across all regions, communicating critical updates such as change freezes and deployments. Support incident management in collaboration with the Incident Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of IT Change Management processes and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Digital literacy to manage data and information efficiently.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
