We’re looking for enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisors to join our outbound calling centre team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in sales, gain valuable training, and become part of a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound sales calls to new and returning customers
  • Upselling branded products and identifying suitable offers based on customer needs
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to convert leads into loyal customers
  • Recording and tracking customer interactions using internal systems (CRM, dialler tools, etc.)
  • Meeting individual and team KPIs, contributing to shared success
  • Taking part in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to maintain a high standard of performance
  • Handling inbound queries when required and updating customer records accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (ideally outbound)
  • Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-driven environment
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions
  • Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with product knowledge and system updates
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and call handling software
