Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to work remotely, ideally located in the Northwest.
The position offers a basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000, with an uncapped commission scheme ranging from 10% to 25%.
New hires will receive a guarantee for the first six months while building their pipeline, along with IT equipment and a car allowance of £3,000.
Candidates must be fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience and a full UK driving license, along with a drive to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is expected to be around £50,000, with opportunities for great progression.

We are currently looking for an experienced and fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a well-known and respected business. The role is remote-based; however, our clients are ideally seeking someone living in the Northwest.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Basic Salary £24,000 - £26,000
Fully uncapped commission scheme ranging from 10 – 25%
Guarantee for 1st 6 months whilst building pipeline

OTE £50,000

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to deal with high volume of 1st appointments and subsequent signups.
Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience
Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

Giving Mortgage and Protection advice and writing business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
