Our client is looking for requires a Unit Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to start at their nursing home in Crewe, Cheshire East
Reporting to the home manager, you will be accountable for the smooth running of a nursing unit within the care home providing leadership and direction to the nursing and care staff.
You will ensure that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times.
This job would suit A Senior Staff Nurse/UnitLead/Team Leader/Unit Manager/Clinical Lead Nurse
You will have excellent clinical leadership skills and also previous experience of providing nursing care in an elderly and dementia setting.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with significant nursing experience or for a nurse looking for career progression.
