HR Advisor – 6-Month FTC

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to step into a key role within a fast-paced, operational environment? We’re working with a leading organisation in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sector who are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join their Senior HR Team in Crewe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your HR career, working closely with operational managers to support employee relations and drive people development across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers on employee relations, performance, succession planning, and resourcing.
  • Lead on complex HR casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability matters.
  • Coach and support line managers in day-to-day HR processes and performance management.
  • Attend departmental meetings and provide strategic HR insight.
  • Ensure all HR activity is compliant, consistent, and aligned with best practice.
  • Produce and maintain HR reports to support data-driven decision making.
What We’re Looking For
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum).
  • Proven generalist HR experience—ideally in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • A hands-on, practical approach—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
