HR Officer role - Hybrid

Based in Crewe

Temporary for 6 months

Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 3pm on Friday

Rate of pay between £15ph - £20ph dependant on experience

Adecco are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our client's team based in Crewe on a temporary basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role working both from the office and home. Occasionally you may have to travel to another site (hire car provided).

As HR Officer, you will be at the heart of the company's operations, supporting the workforce and ensuring that the team thrives!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Relations: Foster a supportive work culture by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing the onboarding of new employees, issuing contracts and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and help organise development programmes that empower employees to grow and excel in their roles.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and assist with payroll processing to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
