• Lead end-to-end project management, from planning to post-go-live support
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
• Develop and execute robust project plans, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery
• Work hands-on in solution design, testing, user training, and documentation
• Gain a deep technical understanding of the systems to support informed decision-making
• Provide ongoing business support, driving long-term project success

? Proven experience managing complex software development projects? Strong business analysis skills, with expertise in requirement gathering? Ability to manage budgets, estimates, and financial tracking? A technical background, allowing effective communication with developers and stakeholders? Experience with project management frameworks (Prince2, ITIL) and tools like JIRA? Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills? Ability to work across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models
