Stock and Finance AdministratorLocation: CreweSalary – £25,000 Axon Moore are currently partnering with a well-established and growing business in the Crewe area where a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join the Finance Transactional Services Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of all functional aspects of stock management. We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately verify and input stock receipts into internal systems
  • Confirm delivery quantities for the previous day’s deliveries
  • Enter third-party and miscellaneous stock receipts
  • Process stock adjustments as required
  • Reconcile daily bulk stock levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Balance miscellaneous stock records
  • Contribute to the ongoing review and development of stock processes, ensuring robust controls are maintained
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume transactional environment
  • In-depth knowledge of stock management functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
