- Well established Wills and Probate department advises a wide range of private individuals including HNW and rural clients.
- The newly appointed Private Client Solicitors will have at least 12 months PQE and be seeking an opportunity where you can play a key role in the on-going growth and success of the department.
- You will be running your own caseload of complex Wills and future planning including Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Providing advice to clients on trusts, asset protection, probate and estate administration, and Court of Protection.
- It is essential that you are a team player, with exceptional communication and business development skills.
