PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 1+ YEARS PQE, CHESHIRE, UP TO C£60,000 DOE - Lexcel Accredited, well established law firm providing high quality legal services across the region JOB REF: MD9440
  • Well established Wills and Probate department advises a wide range of private individuals including HNW and rural clients.
  • The newly appointed Private Client Solicitors will have at least 12 months PQE and be seeking an opportunity where you can play a key role in the on-going growth and success of the department.
  • You will be running your own caseload of complex Wills and future planning including Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Providing advice to clients on trusts, asset protection, probate and estate administration, and Court of Protection.
  • It is essential that you are a team player, with exceptional communication and business development skills.
  • Flexible and hybrid working options (following successful completion of probation)
