Working Pattern: Full Time - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday all onsite
Pay Rate up to £25.00 per hour

About the Role
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will manage our Engineering vehicle fleet from planning and specification to usage and disposal. Collaborating closely with Engineering Teams, you'll ensure that all vehicle requirements are met within our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Definition: Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to determine vehicle specifications that align with project needs.
- Vehicle Coordination: maximise vehicle utilisation by efficiently managing their usage and transport requirements while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Maintenance Management: organise and oversee maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet to keep everything running smoothly.
- Project Updates: Manage updates to the fleet in accordance with project developments and integration plans.
- Workshop Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day use of the Engineering Workshop Facility, ensuring upkeep and cleanliness.
Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a knack for problem-solving. You should have:
- An understanding of financial limits within vehicle management.
- Strong communication skills to engage with various teams across the organisation.
- The ability to influence and drive collaboration among colleagues.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the capability to conduct risk assessments.
- Preferably, proficiency in German and an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
- Full Driving Licence
- Advanced knowledge in vehicle roadworthiness and legislative requirements.
- Familiarity with electrical development methods and product emergence processes.
