Role Overview
As a Vendor Planner , you'll manage supplier delivery schedules and internal part shortages, ensuring a stable supply chain to support production targets. Reporting to the Functional Manager - Vendor Planning, your key responsibilities include:
- Issuing accurate schedules to suppliers aligned with production plans and inventory targets
- Identifying supply risks using SAP and supplier feedback, and coordinating corrective actions across Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality
- Monitoring supplier performance via SAP and Tableau, escalating issues when needed
- Maintaining KPIs and reporting supplier status and inventory levels to senior management
- Resolving SAP schedule anomalies in collaboration with Tech Support, EDI, and Production Control

Your Profile
- Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving part shortages
- Skilled in SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Background in time-critical logistics environments and standards like TS16949
- Planning experience in production or manufacturing
- Experience of working with internal customers, Production, Quality and material handling to support part shortage requirements for weekly car sales.
