    • PAYE up to 31.02 per hour
    • LTD up to 41.88 per hour
  • Hours: Hybrid - 37 hours per week - 3 days per week required on site

What You'll Do:

As the Quality Planning Technical Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring that business objectives are met through meticulous planning and execution. Your role will encompass:

  • Providing strategic technical leadership with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Managing daily workloads effectively while addressing both long-term and short-term requests.
  • Leading prompt resolution of concerns in existing processes and coordinating resource allocation.
  • Overseeing outsourced work and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining specialist technical knowledge to guide teams in achieving departmental goals.
  • Proposing and implementing process and method improvements to enhance departmental capabilities.
  • Collaborating with other departments and engineers to align technical direction and foster innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in the Automotive or related industries, with a strong understanding of processes from launch to production.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively, fostering positive relationships across functions.
