The successful Mechanical Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Maintenance Engineerwill provide service, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of industrial pump systems and associated rotating equipment at the workshop near Crewe. Full training provided.
The Mechanical Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Maintenance Engineer will ideally have a general mechanical engineering background,with hands-on ability in fitting, assembly, maintenance, repair or strong interest in mechanical systems and willingness to learn and progress with a reputable manufacturer.

- Provide service, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of industrial pumps at the workshop.
- Ensure all pump products are in line with specifications before leaving the workshop for delivery.
- Carry out inspection and testing of equipment returned to branch, including fault finding and diagnostic work.
- Complete technical documentation as work progresses.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Commutable to the workshop in Winsford.
- Experience as a Workshop Engineer, Workshop Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Service Engineer, Technician, Junior Engineer, Apprentice Engineeror similar.
- Good general mechanical knowledge with the ability to learn industrial pump systems.
- Engineering qualification such as HNC, HND, or Apprenticeship is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong mechanical interest or hands-on background.
- Willingness to commute to the workshop daily in Winsford.
