Main Goals and Objectives:As a Build Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Building Mulliner development and saleable vehicles to the highest standards across multiple trade disciplines.
  • Ensuring adherence to safe and environmentally sound practises.
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training team members to enhance departmental skills.
  • Assisting in the development and operation of build documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a custodian of best practises to support decision-making in build processes and complex manufacturing concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Quality, Technical, and Commercial, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain responsible cost management when dealing with high-value components and vehicles.

What You Bring:

  • Significant expertise in a specialised area, recognised beyond your immediate department.
  • Strong technical skills that position you as a primary contact in highly valued areas.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, engaging with senior levels across the organisation.
  • A qualification through an Engineering Apprenticeship/NVQ or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques, capable of navigating complex challenges autonomously.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools, software, and relevant reporting programmes.

Qualifications:
