Job Overview:We are seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Leighton Hospital. This senior role involves providing expert occupational therapy services across general healthcare settings, managing complex cases, and leading junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex needs.

Lead and supervise a team of junior therapists and support staff, ensuring high standards of care.

Key Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Extensive experience in general occupational therapy, ideally within the NHS.
