Full time position: Covering 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors is seeking an ECMS Analyst to join their cutting-edge Research & Development team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of environmental compliance across their iconic product lines, ensuring excellence in sustainability and regulatory standards.
As the ECMS Process Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and evolve the Product ECMS clearing processes.
- Partner across departments and with the VW Group to uphold the highest compliance standards.
- Deliver data-driven insights through compliance dashboards and executive reporting.
- Act as the subject matter expert for environmental compliance, driving improvements and innovation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in project management and compliance systems.
- Strong grasp of quality management, continuous improvement, and risk assessment.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Environmental focused background.
- Automotive experience and knowledge of ECMS systems are a major plus.
- Auditor qualification also advantageous.
