About the Role:
Example Recruitment Group is seeking experienced self-employed heating engineers to join a well-established national heating contractor. You will be working on a service contract with a local housing association, providing landlord gas safety checks.
Key Details:
- Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
- Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week (minimum 3 days per week considered)
- Contract Length: Temporary
- Payment Terms: Weekly, one week in arrears
- Rate: 23.00 per completed property (71% access rate with average 10+ completed properties per day)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of qualified experience as a heating engineer
- ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
- Previous social housing experience
- Own Van and Tools
- Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
- 2m Public Liability Insurance
- Clean DBS Check
