- Lead, motivate, and develop your lettings team to meet and exceed targets
- Drive new business generation and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and industry regulations
- Oversee property viewings, tenancy negotiations, and risk management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator level or above preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Solid knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
