Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your lettings team to meet and exceed targets
  • Drive new business generation and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching sessions
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and industry regulations
  • Oversee property viewings, tenancy negotiations, and risk management
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator level or above preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Solid knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
