Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Stoke-on-Trent/Crewe
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hourly Rate: 13.20 - 18.20
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexibility with hours between 8am and 6pm
This roles requires that you have a full UK Drivers Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out refurb work in properties inc carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the facilities are in top condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence required for this role.
- Experience in Plastering (Bonding & Skimming), Fire Door (Installing & Adjusting), Kitchen Installation (Including Plumbing), Gardening (Strimming, Mowing, Hedge Cutting), Bathroom Installation (Including Plumbing).
- Previous maintenance experience is a plus!
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
