Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Stoke-on-Trent/Crewe
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hourly Rate: 13.20 - 18.20
Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexibility with hours between 8am and 6pm

This roles requires that you have a full UK Drivers Licence


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out refurb work in properties inc carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the facilities are in top condition.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence required for this role.
  • Experience in Plastering (Bonding & Skimming), Fire Door (Installing & Adjusting), Kitchen Installation (Including Plumbing), Gardening (Strimming, Mowing, Hedge Cutting), Bathroom Installation (Including Plumbing).
  • Previous maintenance experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
