About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality teaching support across a range of secondary schools in the Crewe area.

This is a full-time role (5 days per week) with an immediate start, ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and is confident teaching across different subjects and year groups within a secondary setting.

You'll be stepping into a range of classroom environments, delivering engaging lessons, ensuring continuity of learning, and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for students.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environment

Quickly adapt to different school settings, year groups, and subjects as required

Provide feedback to school staff and contribute to pupils' learning progress

Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times

we are looking for :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification

Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)

Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly

An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

Availability for 5 days per week and ability to start immediately
