Key Responsibilities - Cover Supervisor Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons prepared by teaching staff.
• Maintain student engagement and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies and expectations.
• Supervise and support pupils, ensuring they remain on task.
• Adapt confidently to different subjects and classrooms as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with young people: tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, childcare, or school settings.
• Confidence in leading a classroom and delivering pre-set work.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Flexibility and a positive approach to different school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
• A degree or relevant experience in education (preferred but not essential).
