Location: Crewkerne
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Hours:

  • Mon–Wed: 7:30am – 4:30pm

  • Thurs: 7:30am – 4:00pm

  • Fri: 7:30am – 1:00pm
    Optional overtime available (weekday evenings and Saturday mornings)

The Role:

You’ll be working in the Sand Foundry division, supporting traditional engineering processes with a focus on maintenance and repair of electrical systems. The role includes:

  • Working on 3-phase and single-phase machinery

  • Performing motor and inverter maintenance

  • Handling drives and limited PLC diagnostics

  • Supporting plant and production machinery

While experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, we are open to candidates from commercial electrical maintenance backgrounds who are willing to train and develop into the role.

What We're Looking For:
  • Electrically biased engineer – ideally from a manufacturing or medium-to-heavy industry

  • Experience with 3-phase systems is essential

  • Knowledge of ARC welding is beneficial but not required

  • Electrical qualifications such as 17th Edition or relevant apprenticeship
