Then please get in touch ! Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a multi skilled engineer to join our client in the Crewkerne and surrounding area.
Working for afast paced manufacturing company that operate 5 facilitiesand employ over thousands of employees nationwide, the site in Crewkerne have a high performing engineering team which you will be joining and carrying out both reactive and pre planned maintenance across the facility, both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
- Carrying out both reactive and pre planned maintenance
- Working with SCADA
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled during the shift to required standard
- Conduct continuous machine observation and measurement during the shift, identifying potential failure or deterioration in output, waste or quality performance from machine standards
- Workingwith conveyors
- Workingwith chain,belt driven machinery
**Requirements**
- Mechanical or electrical bias, multi skilled background is essential
- Engineering qualifications are essential
- FMCG experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Must be happy working 12 hour shifts
**Shifts**
- Two sets of days, one set of nights
- Working 6 months of the entire year
