Location: Crick

Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.16

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing & Temp to perm

Working Hours:

· Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00

· Friday: 07:30 – 13:00

 

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Assembly Operative to join a market-leading, award-winning manufacturer. Based in Crick, our client is known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and passenger comfort.

Your Role as an Assembly Operative:

As an Assembly Operative, you’ll be a vital part of the production team, ensuring smooth operations on the assembly line and supporting warehouse functions. You will:

· Assemble components to create products

· Relocate parts and materials to and from the assembly line

· Carry out general warehouse and distribution duties

· Follow product specifications and quality guidelines

· Identify and report any errors or issues to the Manufacturing Management Team

· Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

 

What We’re Looking For:

We're looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience in assembly, engineering, or small parts handling (desirable but not essential)

· A calm, methodical approach to work and problem-solving

· Confidence in reading warehouse locations

· Basic IT skills (experience with Excel and internal warehouse systems is a bonus)

· A team-player mindset with a disciplined but practical approach to procedures
