Berry Recruitment are currently looking for several Street Cleaning Operatives around the North Norfolk area which includes Sheringham, Cromer, Wells next to the sea and Mundlesly.
Please note you will need a drivers licence for this position.
What you will be doing:
- Using Streets Cleansing Carts and barrows you could be walking upto 8 - 10 miles a day pushing a barrow.
- Responsible for the daily inspection and reporting of machinery, before and after usage, including vehicles.
- Litter picking of public areas.
- Scraping away weeds and detritus.
- Digging out channels, manually sweeping and shovelling silt.
- Completing relevant paperwork in real time.
Working hours will be:
Shifts are on a rota 5 days out of 7 including weekends, Shift times are 12:00 to 20:30.
Pay rate: 12.22 per hour.
