They are currently expanding their commercial team in Scotland and are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join their team for projects in the west of Scotland.  Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise
- Interpret drawings and specifications
- Supervise and mentor on-site teams
- Ensure all staff are trained and competent
- Maintain accurate records of work
- Uphold high performance standards for safety, environment, and quality

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications: Degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Certifications: DOMS, SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator, and First Aid are essential
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sub Agent in the civil engineering sector, ideally with a focus on water projects
- Background: Previous experience working with a main contractor in civil engineering
- Competencies: Strong communication and leadership skills
- Licence: Full UK driving licence
