£150 – £250 (per day) -  Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications. 

Vision for Education are recruiting for an SEND Teacher for a SEND school in Crosby. The role is full time (Monday to Friday) which will start January 2026 and could result in a permanent contract from the setting. The role consists of working with children KS2, KS3 and KS4, assisting in their educational career.

As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised education to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s unique learning style, ensuring that all pupils can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

 

Requirements

To be considered for the SEND Teacher position, the school have asked for:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Primary or Secondary subject specialism – Ideally Maths and/or English.

- Experience working with children with a variety of SEND.

- Have previous experience within a similar specialist setting or strong transferable experience from a mainstream setting.

- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of SEND Teachers and LSA’s

- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
