Administrator - Project Management Team Support
Based at our office in Pontyclun, Nexdorf have a full-time vacancy for a full time administrator to work with and provide day to day support to the Operations Director & Project Management team
The role is varied and includes, but is not limited to providing assistance with weekly booking of hotels/accommodation for our engineers and project managers, arranging maintenance of our vehicle fleet, PPE management and issue, updating and managing our engineers skills matrix, booking training courses, plant & equipment tracking etc, document control/issue for major projects (Project Manager led) and generally supporting the team with aministrative duties as required.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, a willingness to get involved and take ownership of tasks is more important.
Full time permanent role, 40hrs per week, 28 days holiday, pension contribution, Salary commensurate with experiance, flexibility on hours, start/finish times
