Warehouse Shift Leader
Location: Crosskeys
Shift Pattern: 12.30 - 21.00 Monday to Friday
Type: Full-time, Permanent
As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role involves supervising 5/6 team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift.
Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
