Salary: 28,000 - 33,000 circa, depending on experience
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month 8.30am-12.30pm per month paid as overtime
Location: East Sussex - this is a rural office, so you must be a driver & have your own transport

This is a fantastic new opportunity due to expansion within the company to work for a high-end product supplier. You will be the first point of contact for customers so strong customer experience/ sales support/ client account management experience is essential for the role. You must also have strong computer skills in MS Word/Excel and CRM systems.
Your duties will include some of the following:
- Advise customers on products
- Process sales orders and after-sales customer service
- Managing a sales/social media channels including eBay, Amazon, Instagram and Facebook
- Provide quotes to customers based on their requirements and follow up where required
