Daily rate: 90 per day
Your role as a learning support assistant:
At term time teachers, we are looking for learning support assistants to join our growing agency team to support secondary schools in Crowborough by assisting pupils who face challenges with their learning. During your day as learning support assistant, you will be working closely with teachers, assisting with classroom management and offer small group interventions with students to enhance their engagement and concentration.
As a learning support assistant you should possess the following:
- A patient and understanding personality
- Eagerness to gain school based experience
- Reliability and adaptability
- Strong communication skills between pupils and teachers
