Psychology Graduate Role
Pay: 90 - 100 per day
Location: Crowborough
Are you a psychology graduate looking to make a real difference in the classroom? Join us at Term Time Teachers as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them thrive in their educational journey.
What You'll Do:
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored support to SEN pupils
- Help implement educational activities and support individual learning plans
- Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to children with additional needs
- Support positive behaviour management and promote inclusion in the classroom
What We're Looking For:
- Psychology graduates passionate about education and child development
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working with children or in education is an advantage but not essential
- A commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing
Requirements
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
