Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are working closely with a welcoming SEN school in Crowborough who are looking for enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team at both their Primary and Sixth Form sites.

What does the role of a Special Needs Teaching Assistant involve?As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with a range of additional needs to access the curriculum and thrive in school
- Assist with daily activities and help promote independence and social skills
- Provide emotional and practical support to children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that celebrates every child's achievements
- Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- Adapt activities and resources to meet the needs of individual pupils
