Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their well-established 4-bed EBD home in Crowland — with a clear pathway to become Registered Manager in the near future. The current RM, in post since November 2022, will be moving into an Operations Manager role, and you’ll work under their mentorship for several months before stepping into the lead role.

About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will:
• Work closely with the current RM to learn every aspect of running the home
• Lead and mentor the staff team, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding
• Maintain accurate case files, reports, and care plans in line with regulations
• Support behaviour management strategies and therapeutic approaches
• Participate in the rota, including sleep-ins and on-call duties
• Oversee household management, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment

About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has at least one year’s experience in a Deputy Manager role (or is ready to step up)
• Holds or is working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
• Has strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Is committed to safeguarding and delivering excellent outcomes
• Holds a full UK driving licence
