THE ROLE
 

Due to continued growth they are now seeking an experienced Operations Director to come on board to oversee key operational teams and ensure the successful global delivery of end-to-end solutions. A broad role responsibilities include:

  • Managing and evaluating operational performance
  • Ensuring operational excellence
  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing processes across the business  
  • Overseeing all operational activities
  • Resource planning and capability management
  • Developing relationship with suppliers
  • Line management and development of a team

THE CANDIDATE
 

Candidates must have a solid and proven background in operational management, with experience of improving efficiencies and implementing process across teams. Previous experience of managing and developing teams is key, as is exposure to the events sector.
