Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our dynamic team in Crowthorne.

Key Responsibilities:* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.* Develop innovative menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients.* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff training.* Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements:* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Creative flair and a passion for food.* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.* Team player with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications:* NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent qualification.* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.* Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.* Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.* Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
